By accessing the cp66 website at cp66.club, creating a player account, depositing funds, or placing any wager on the platform, you ("the Player") enter into a legally binding agreement with cp66 ("the Company", "we", "us", "our"). These Terms & Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any applicable bonus terms, constitute the entire agreement between the Player and cp66.

The English-language version of these Terms & Conditions is the governing and authoritative version. In the event of any inconsistency or ambiguity, the English text shall prevail.

By proceeding to use the platform in any capacity, you acknowledge that you have:

• Confirmed that you are eligible to use the platform under Section 2 below;

• You have not previously been self-excluded or had your account permanently closed by cp66 for breach of these terms.

cp66 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by the Company will result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals pending verification.

Any account found to be held by a person under the age of 18 will be immediately and permanently closed. All deposits made by an underage player will be returned to the originating payment method; any winnings generated will be forfeited in their entirety.

Each player may hold only one (1) active account on the cp66 platform. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual, whether using different email addresses, phone numbers, payment methods, or device identifiers, is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of balances.

cp66 may, at its sole discretion, decline to open an account for any applicant without providing a reason.

All financial transactions on cp66 are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ BDT). cp66 does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals, however your payment service provider (e.g., bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) may apply their own transaction charges, for which cp66 bears no responsibility.

Deposits: The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Deposits are credited to your account balance in real time upon successful confirmation from the payment provider. cp66 accepts deposits via the following methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, and BRAC Bank. Deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.

All promotions are subject to the specific terms published alongside each offer, which form an integral part of these Terms & Conditions.

General bonus rules applicable to all promotions unless stated otherwise:

• Bonuses are available to verified players aged 18 and above only;
• Each bonus offer may only be claimed once per player, per household, per device, and per IP address, unless explicitly stated otherwise;

• Losses arising from the suspension or closure of your account in accordance with these Terms & Conditions;
• Indirect losses including loss of profits, loss of opportunity, or reputational damage.

cp66 provides the platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we make every reasonable effort to maintain platform availability 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access and accept no liability for periods of scheduled or unscheduled maintenance.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits or excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

cp66 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, cp66 will provide reasonable advance notice to active players via email notification and/or a prominent in-platform banner. Your continued use of the cp66 platform after the effective date of any revised Terms & Conditions constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms. Minor changes — including corrections of typographical errors, clarifications that do not alter the substantive rights or obligations of either party, or updates to reflect changes in payment provider names — may be made without individual notification.
